  • Are you an artist seeking some support? Whether it be professional or personal, I’d love to listen and be of service to help you not only sustain your life as an artist but do that with pleasure and abundance.

  • We live in a time when advocacy is integral. Having run an activist organization, advocacy at the local, legislative and national levels was always a constant. I’d love to share what I learned with you

  • For 14 years, I ran a professional theatre company that worked at the intersection of Arts and Activism. I learned a lot during that time (some of which I shared in this TedX talk) that I’d love to share with you.

  • I am always told that my ability in auditions to get to the heart of the actor is unique. Whether you are preparing your grad school audition or are in your third callback for a regional gig, I would love to help.

  • The process of building a board and cultivating board members is directly linked to your vision and values. Having collaborated with boards for over 14 years, I’d love to share what I’ve learned.

  • After three decades in the business, I know a ton of artists. If you need help finding the right person for a role, I may be able to help.

  • From taking the ‘artist in community track’ in University to collaborating with partner organizations on highlighting community issues, authentic community engagement has always been natural to me. If you are building your community engagement program, I may be able to help.

  • Do you need an ear to listen to your ideas or someone to offer some advice as you navigate the rehearsal room? From preparing to direct to getting the best from actors during auditions to navigating your career as a theatre director, I’d love to share what I’ve learned.

  • Do you need to create an education program in your organization? Are you an educator in need of some drama activities? From Junior Kindergarten to middle school to IB Theatre Arts to University Lecturing, I have taught it all and I’d love to share my knowledge.

  • For individuals or teams:

    Having trained and had coaching with Nicole Brewer, Gwendolyn Van Sant and Multicultural Bridge, I lead IDEA 101 trainings for orgs that are early in their Equity/DEIA work.

    Having gone through my own ongoing personal transformation around DEIA (some of which I shared in this TedX talk, I’d love to share my journey while helping you on yours.

  • Do you want to found a non profit and don’t know where to start? Are you in the first few years of growing your non profit and you need some support and help? Having grown a non profit from 0 to $500,000, I’d love to share what I learned with you.

  • I went from having no idea how to raise money to raising over 4 million dollars. I would love to share what I learned about fundraising plans and relationship building.

  • I have been the lucky recipient of some incredible leadership mentoring and coaching, especially around embodied and inclusive leadership I’d be thrilled to help you on your journey and share what I’ve learned.

  • I am deeply entrenched in a community wide pay equity project right now. I am learning a ton about how to embed pay equity in your organization and would love to share it with you.

  • I have produced over 50 events and productions, with budgets of 4K to budgets of $150K. I’d love to share what I’ve learned about how to produce effectively without burning out.

  • Are you going to give a speech and you need help to really hit it out of the park? Do you want to give a speech but you need some coaching and encouragement? I started as an actor, became a teacher and was also a public speaker as an artistic director. I have done two TedX speeches (here’s my most recent one) and multiple keynotes. I love public speaking and would love to share what I know to help you be an effective and successful public speaker.

  • Are you buiding a staff? Are you mentoring a staff member and need some support? Does your direct report need to hear something from someone else for it to sink in? Perhaps I can help.

  • Over the course of 14 years, I have created and implemented multiple strategic plans. I work from a vision and values focus. I would love to help you review, revise, create your strategic plan.

  • As a multi-hyphenate with a broad range of skills, I may be a great person to help you fill a short term need. Reach out- who knows? It’s worth an email!

  • Having just navigated my own way through a two year long founder succession (after fourteen years of growing the organization), I would love to share what I’ve learned about how to do it thoughtfully, intentionally and with the greatest chance of success for the next chapter of your organization.
